Ames Minor Hockey Forms

The Ames Minor Hockey Association is governed by its bylaws and policies and procedures under the leadership of a 14-20 member board of directors.  In the fall of 2007 the AMHA board of directors adopted the AMHA 1 Initiative as a decision-making framework and vision for the future.
